I work at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds: the same logic that runs a construction site runs a software system.
My path starts in applied technology — IT, hardware, repair and networking — and expands into software development with artificial intelligence: I direct the process and the AI writes the code. In parallel, I grew up inside a family construction and real estate business, where I learned to budget, manage projects and sell. That combination lets me understand a problem end to end: from blueprint to deploy.

Products in different stages: some in production, some under construction. Like any build.
Technical suite for construction: 48 calculators across 10 modules following CIRSOC, IRAM and CABA/PBA building codes. Materials, structure, installations, layout and site management, with budgeting and PDF export. Works offline and installs as an app.
Video analytics that runs on the cameras a client already owns. It detects people and vehicles, and a rules engine —by zone and by time of day— decides what deserves an alert: in the reference test, 56 detections produced 2 events. The value is in what is NOT notified, because a control room flooded with a hundred alerts a day stops looking at the one that matters. Every alert ships with a still and a clip, so the operator can actually decide. The panel follows ISA-101, the control-room interface standard —colour is a signal, not decoration— and the installer draws zones straight onto the live image instead of computing pixels by hand. It runs on a box inside the site: no internet, no third-party dependencies.
Multi-agent system for a construction company: an orchestrator receives a request, routes it to the right domain agent —site, finance, procurement, legal, HR— and consolidates the answer. Agents query a RAG base with IRAM and CIRSOC standards, manuals and project history. The 3D office is a navigable building where each floor is a domain and each desk an agent: instead of a list of 55 names, you see who works on what. The orchestrator, agent registry and dashboard work today; the 55 agents are defined and ERP/BIM integration is in progress.
Management system for construction companies: quotes, projects, progress certification, crews, suppliers, payments and sales pipeline in one place. Multi-tenant —several companies run isolated on the same server— with role-based access: crews report progress with photos but never see the money, and nothing takes effect without approval. 44 endpoints and 28 screens. Finished, pending launch.
Website for a design & construction studio in Pilar: project portfolio, services, coverage areas and its own blog. Includes a configurator that builds a ballpark quote and captures the lead, wired into the studio's sales follow-up system.
A platform for pet tracking and management: identification, history and alerts in one place.
A CRM designed from inside the real estate business: properties, clients and sales follow-up with AI assistance.
AI-powered automation flows for customer service, inquiry triage and repetitive tasks.
Experimentation space: games, apps and prototypes where new ideas are tested before becoming products.
